Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it

Please note: Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@miraiia.com with your order number
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Send the item back to us using a tracked shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your fragrance for a different scent, please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange this for you.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at support@miraiia.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
